VEGGIE FAJITAS: Sauteed bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Served with three warm flour tortillas, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, & rice on the side.
CHEESE ENCHILADAS: Pick a sauce: Mole, Verde, or Jitomate. Four corn tortillas rolled up and filled with sliced queso fresco. Covered in your choice of sauce. Enchiladas Verdes and Jitomate are topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream & cheese. Mole Enchiladas are topped with lettuce, radish, onion, and cheese.
BEAN SOPES: Three handmade corn tortillas topped with refried beans, lettuce, tomato, onions, queso fresco, avocado, & sour cream.
BEAN GUARACHE: One big handmade corn tortilla topped with refried beans, lettuce, tomato, onions, queso fresco, avocado, & sour cream.
CHEESE CHILE REYENO: Fire roasted poblano pepper stuffed with cheese, deep fried in a fluffy egg batter, & covered in jitomate sauce. Served with rice and beans.
